Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great and convenient for exploring the city, especially with nice restaurants within walking distance. However, the room size was small and noisy due to being below the rooftop bar, and the service left a lot to be desired with rude and unhelpful staff. The dining options were decent but slow, and the ongoing street works outside were visually unpleasant.
The hotel had a very modern look in a trendy area with excellent nearby offices and shopping stores. The rooms were tiny and noisy, and the breakfast was expensive for what they offer. The service was subpar with rude and unhelpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring Mexico City but the hotel lacked a friendly atmosphere. The dining experience was poor, but the facilities were upscale with a rooftop pool, spa, and terrace bar.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and really clean, but they looked dated and needed some maintenance. Unfortunately, my room didn't work properly, and I had to have someone come in a couple of times to fix it. The view from the room was also very limited.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and light-filled, looked dated and in need of a facelift. The service, with helpful staff keeping everything immaculate, was great, but there was a lack of accommodation for inconveniences. The location in the fancy neighborhood of Polanco was excellent, with nearby offices, shopping stores, and nice restaurants within walking distance. However, compared to other hotels in the area, it fell a bit short. The dining experience was good, offering continental options, albeit with some limitations. Overall, the hotel offers great potential but also has room for improvement.
